- We use your name, email, and member number only to send your letter and to make sure each member sends one letter.
- Your email and member number are never shown on this site. The home page shows only a total count.
- Your member number appears in your letter so AMA can verify your signature. Your email address is visible to the recipients, because replies go to you.
- Every letter comes with an emailed copy to the address entered. If someone uses your address without permission, the link in that email lets you tell us, and we notify the recipients.
- We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list. To have your record deleted, write to contact@amadatacenter.com.
